Infinity Guided Meditation

Usually, people link the term infinity with the universe, the energy, or the number system, but seldom think of it as a possibility to balance our lives. Sadhguru explains that infinite is not a number, it is something out of the number system, it means boundless or something beyond our grasp or scope of understanding.

He says that when our experiences are boundless, our energies start moving in the shape of the infinity symbol, while on other times, our energies are moving spirally, as if in a controlled circle. According to him, to attain the state of understanding nothingness, or infinity, which, in a way, means nothing, one requires to be in a highly meditative state.

In this guided infinity meditation, Sadhguru asks you to follow a dot which traverses across the infinity sign. It takes 4 and a half minutes for the dot to complete one round along the line of the infinity sign, during which you have to visually and mentally follow the moving dot, then close your eyes and you will experience a sense of calm and stability. This guided meditation concludes with a prayer by Sadhguru.
